Important Update to iVvy Supplier Terms

Thank you for being a valued iVvy customer. We wanted to let you know that we have changed our Venue supplier terms that affect the bookings and enquiries that you will receive from the marketplace. We have added an addendum to our terms that try and deal with some of the issues that our corporate customers need in order to make a booking with you. Here are some of the key updates
  • We have added cancellation terms that will apply unless the customer agrees to different terms.
  • We’ve included a requirement for you to have appropriate insurances
  • And also that you will meet basic confidentiality requirements of our customers
Please take a moment to review the updated section of the terms, Addendum A. If you do not agree with the terms, you may remove yourself from the marketplace by contacting the iVvy support team.
